Chefmaster Natural Black Liqua-Gel® color is a plant-based concentrated liquid food coloring (grape juice and spirulina powder based) that can be used to tint icings, fondant, gum paste, and cake frosting with a wide range of gray and black hues with a slight green undertone. It can also be used in a variety of other low-heat or no-heat applications and was specifically formulated to not alter the taste, texture, or consistency of your finished products.
Chefmaster Natural Liqua-Gel® liquid food colorings offer a better-for-you alternative to our customers trying to stay away from artificial dyes. 

Natural food colors usually produce different results than artificial colors due to the nature of their ingredients. They are sensitive to heat and acidity.

"All our bottles of Natural Liqua-Gel® food coloring comes with a mess-free cap (either a snap-cap dropper or a twist-top cap) and are heat sealed for your safety. Please untwist the cap and remove the seal before use. Do not use the product is the seal is broken.

Shake the bottle before each use as natural separation might occur.

Add your Natural Liqua-Gel® colors to your base a few drops at a time until you achieve your desired color. You can mix several Natural Liqua-Gel® food colorings together to create custom colors. Visit our Inspirations & Ideas page for suggestions on how to use this product line.

For best results when coloring large amounts of icing, we recommend adding colors directly to the other liquid ingredients in your recipe and mix them together before combining with any solid or dry ingredients."
