Due to the high quality of our product, you need to use very little Chefmaster gel coloring to achieve a vibrant color.
For small batch sizes and home recipes we are recommending dipping a toothpick in the Gel base and add very small amounts each time until you reach your desired color.
For best results, especially for large size batches, we recommend adding colors directly to other liquid ingredients and mix together before combining with any solid components in the recipe.
Close your jar tightly after each use."
