Candy colors are best for coloring oil-based products such as coating chocolate and buttercream icings.
Remove seal. Shake well before each use. Add coloring one drop at the time until you reach your desired shade.
Due to the high quality of our product, you need to use very little Chefmaster Candy Color to achieve a vibrant color.
Do not try to mix water-based food coloring such as Chefmaster Liqua-Gel® with your Candy Colors or any oil-based products as oil and water don’t mix.
Make sure to close your bottle of Chefmaster Candy Color tightly after each use.
Store in a dry, dark place to help maintain its color and consistency.
