Wishing everyone a joyful and festive holiday season!
Chefmaster Blue Dry Powder food coloring is a hyper concentrated food coloring (a little goes a long way), preferred by bakers trying to avoid adding extra moisture in their batters or icings. It can also be brushed on cookies and fondant when mixed with vodka or another clear alcohol, allowing you to add beautiful cyan accents to your creations regarding how sensitive they might be to the addition of moisture.
Perfect for oil-based products very high in fat content, such as Buttercreams, Chefmaster® Dry Powder Candy Colors are specially formulated with a high concentration of pigments to blend easily with icings and other high fat content ingredients and provide you with unmatched vibrancy and consistency.
They are also preferred by professional bakers for applications sensitive to the amount of added liquid in the formula such as French macaron shells, meringues, crystal sugar and so forth.
Chefmaster® Dry Powder Candy Colors are blended with care in the USA in our SQF certified manufacturing plant using only food-grade ingredients and Good Manufacturing Practices.
Furthermore, our line of Dry Powder Candy Colors is Kosher Certified and does not derive from animals or animal products.
Key attributes:
"Our jars of Chefmaster® Dry Powder Candy Colors are heat sealed for your safety. Remove seal before use. Do not use the product is the seal is broken.
Dry Powder Food Colors do not mix with water. They must be mixed with a few drops of clear alcohol or clear flavor extract. Or, if you are incorporating them straight into your batter add a few drops of clear alcohol or clear flavor extract into the mixture to avoid drying out your mix.
In order to better control the amount of dry powder you add we recommend dipping a toothpick or a kebab stick into the jar to transfer the dry powder to your liquid or mixture.
Allow your mixture to sit for 5 to 10 minutes after incorporating the Dry Powder Food Color in order to let the color fully develop.
Chefmaster Dry Powder Food Colors can also be used dry and brush directly onto food as decoration using a clear alcohol with a very high alcohol content such as Vodka so the moisture evaporates quickly.
Close your jar tightly after each use."
