Ingredients:
1 bottle (10 oz) Chefmaster Flavored Cake Drizzle of your choice
½ cup Heavy Cream
Note: if using the largest pail format of Chefmaster Flavored Cake Drizzle scoop 8 oz of cake drizzle for each ½ cup of heavy cream.
Tools & Utensils:
Saucepan
Mixing bowl
Immersion blender
Plastic wrap
Hand mixer
Preparation:
1. Prepare and measure all your ingredients.
2. In the small saucepan over medium heat warm up heavy cream. Do not boil.
3. Remove the cap and peel out the seal entirely from your bottle of Chefmaster Cake Drizzle. Place the Cake Drizzle bottle in the microwave and melt for 20-30 seconds. Secure the cap and shake the bottle.
4. Squeeze the Cake Drizzle into the mixing bowl.
5. Add warm heavy cream and emulsify with a hand blender.
6. Cover the ganache with plastic wrap “to contact” and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
7. Remove plastic wrap. Using a hand mixer, whip the ganache for a few seconds.
8. Use as desired.
