are getting a refresh, and we're excited to
share what's new!
We've updated our Liqua-gel® lineup with
new formulations and introduced 13 brand-new
shades, all formulated without Red 3.
That means more colorful possibilities for
your cakes, cookies, cupcakes, and
everything in between.
You may have heard about the FDA's upcoming
Red 3 regulation. Beginning January 15, 2027,
food manufacturers must stop using Red 3
in food products.
The good news?
Chefmaster has already made the transition!
We've been working behind the scenes to update
our Liqua-gel® lineup, so you can continue
creating with confidence.
Many of our existing Liqua-gel® colors
have been updated with formulations made
without Red 3, while maintaining our focus
on the vibrant color and dependable
performance you expect from Chefmaster.
You may notice slight differences in hue
or brightness with certain shades, and
some colors have been discontinued as
part of the transition.
If you're looking for a specific shade
or need help finding an alternative,
our team is happy to help.
Along with our updated formulations,
we've introduced 13 new shades to the
Liqua-gel® lineup!
