Chefmaster Natural Royal Blue Liqua-Gel® color is a plant-based concentrated liquid food coloring (primarily spirulina powder) that can be used to tint icings, fondant, gum paste, and cake frosting with a wide range of medium-dark cyan-blue hues. It can also be used in a variety of other low-heat or no-heat applications and was specifically formulated to not alter the taste, texture, or consistency of your finished products.
